Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are immediately passed on to the shipping team, so orders cannot be altered once they are placed.
Can I update my shipping address?
Please pay close attention when you order, as you will be unable to change your shipping address once you've placed the order. All orders are immediately passed onto the shipping team so we can get orders out to you as quickly as possible.

If I return my item, can I get a refund?
Because we are such a small business, we have a strict no-refund policy unless items are lost or damaged in transit. We also don't accept returns, as we want each customer to be able to have a new product.

What is your return policy?
Our products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

What are my shipping options, and how long will it take to receive physical products?
We ship worldwide using USPS or UPS. We process and ship our orders daily, and each physical product order takes 5–7 business days to arrive. All physical product orders also include a tracking number, so you can track the progress of your order in real-time.

What about import or customs fees?
Please note that Bella deLuna Designs, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside of the US – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
