– By ordering any product, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
-By placing an order with Bella deLuna, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to make a purchase.
– The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
– Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
– Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
– Bella deLuna reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
SHIPPING FOR US ORDERS
All US orders will ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail with tracking. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your package ships.
SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for all customs, VAT and brokerage fees assessed by your country. International orders will ship via USPS First Class International mail and can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks for shipping time, depending upon your location. You will be emailed a shipment verification number when your parcel ships.
Please note, international orders do not have tracking. Unfortunately, once your package is in the hands of USPS there is absolutely nothing I can do to track or estimate when your package will arrive.
I strongly urge non-US buyers to upgrade to Priority shipping and add insurance if you are making a significant purchase. This will lessen the probability of your package being lost or held up in customs and will expedite your shipment.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Orders may be returned if you contact me within 5 days of receiving the order. Orders must be returned within 20 days of contacting me. You are responsible for shipping the order back to me, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. I know this is a hassle, but Bella deLuna is still a very small business and cannot afford to cover shipping costs of returns at this time.
